2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
- Use NeetRankers for your personal exam preparation only.
- Don't scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract our question bank or content.
- Don't impersonate others or submit other students' work.
- Don't abuse Satya Madam with prompts designed to extract instructions outside its mentor role.
4. Content & accuracy
We curate content carefully but make no warranty that every question, explanation, or rank prediction is error-free. Always verify critical exam information against NTA's official announcements.
5. NEET trademark
NEET® is a registered trademark of the National Testing Agency (NTA). NeetRankers is an independent learning platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by NTA, NMC, or any government body.
6. Payments & refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance. If you're unhappy within the first 7 days of a new subscription, contact support for a full refund. After that, plans run for the remaining billing period.
7. Termination
You can delete your account any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service in ways that harm other users.
8. Limitation of liability
NeetRankers is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 3 months.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app banner at least 7 days before they take effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
